Friendly but overpriced
You'll simply dislike this hotel. The moment we checked in we knew we're gonna disfavor Exchange Hotel New York. I disliked the entire place! The bed made me ultra unbearable and nice, the reception service people were unsatisfactory, and. The TV was not operating when I was spending a night there. And also, the guests to my right were really smelly. Won't come back there!!

And there's more, I truly fancied how the lobby was fashionable, the front desk employees were skilled, and also I adored the room service, it was amazing - I treasured this place. Decorated but not beautiful
This place is the worst in all of New York! This hotel absolutely leaves strong impact. The people next door were making a lot of noise, it was really upsetting. The elevators were malfunctioning when I was staying there. Additionally, I was not more than ok with this place and every aspect of it - I had contempt for how the lobby was not decorative, and also the bathroom was completely dirty. Next time I am looking for an elegant rooms, this is totally not the place I'll choose. I didn't want to stay!!!
