I was discontent with this hotel - the reception service was upsetting, the bathroom was exceptionally disgusting, and also I hated how the main lobby was unsophisticated. Everybody in this place were disappointing. The suites were pretty lousy. They certainly need to have better standards. In a nutshell, if you want to get a fun place in New York don't take rooms at this place!!

I just visited there last week. I enjoyed it. Everybody there are efficient, I appreciated them. The toilet smelled supreme, and the workers in the reception service were proficient!! I was ultra satisfied with everything this place offers. And to top that, the room was cosy. As a whole, I approve Direct Loft at 311 East 54th Street Hotel New York!!

I recently spent some time at this place and had an ordinary stay. The heating was inoperative when I was lodging there. The couple near me were very vulgar. The lobby was cozy, the room-service was ultra bad - I hated it, and also I was not more than OK by how nasty the bed was - I was fed up with everything about it. And also, in a nutshell, anyone who's traveling to New York you shouldn't stay at this place!!!!

Additionally, I dug everything about this place: the front desk workers were skillful, and the lobby was fun.
