I felt cast down by it. The TV was malfunctioning when I was stopping there. I totally resented how the lobby was unstylish, and also the front desk was dreadful - I was sickened with this hotel. All in all, anyone who searches for a brilliant place in New York stay away from Direct Loft at 232 East 82nd Street Hotel New York.

My suggestion, you'll like it there. The general ambiance here is amazing. I even treasured the guests here. I was pleased my rooms. I was totally thrown with this place and everyone in it - I was excited with how clean they keep the bed, the lobby seemed beautiful, and also the reception desk was really amazing., this place is terribly encouraged.

Needs do something about baths in the suites
If you want my advice, you'll honestly disdain this hotel! The whole atmosphere in this place is disappointing. I despised the way the lobby was horrible, and I really disdained the room service - it was disgusting: I was shocked with this joint. The people in this place are mean. The room was absolutely disappointing. Anyone that needs an impeccable hotel in New York don't sleep at this place!!

Modest but must replace the couches in the suites
had a lousy time there! The room nearby were extremely smelly. I completely hated the suites. I was agitated with every aspect of this place! - the lobby was not large, I had contempt for the check in desk - it was really irritating, and also the bathroom was unclean. To sum it all up, we exceptionally don't approve this hotel!!
