I took a trip to New York for the 1st time. I decided to pick this place and I loathed it!! The feel here was annoying. The reception service was unpleasant, the lobby seemed second rate, the bed made me really cramped and fine, and I just disliked the room-service - I was simply not too thrilled with every aspect of this hotel. The staff in this hotel were hostile. Let's not forget, the elevators were not working when we were checking in there. They definitely gotta change the standards. I certainly will miss this place!!!

Myself and my boyfriend lodged at here after exploring on line, and were absolutely there. The staff in this hotel is magnificent. The smell in the bathroom was magnificent, the lobby looked fetching, and the check in service was efficient, I was truly thrown with this joint. I fancied my suite. It is exactly what we expect in a place of this type. We honestly recommend Waldorf Astoria Hotel New York to anyone who is staying at New York.
