Unspeakable hotel
I was just at this place a few weeks ago, and it was really average. The bed was just average, and the downstairs lobby was quite poorly decorated: I was not too impressed with every aspect of this hotel. I I was discontent with the amount of children in that hotel. The family next door were extremely loud, it was upsetting. I really disdained the suite. They totally gotta know better then this quality. All in all, this hotel is a noisy hotel

Modest but rude workers
I absolutely disliked it. As soon as I set foot there I felt it's gonna be a stupid holiday. The suites were small. The bathroom smelled terrible, the lobby seemed bad, and the staff in the check in desk were unpleasant! I ultra disdained everything this hotel has to offer. And there's more, I I could not stand the amount of children in this place., we likely will not recommend Novotel New York to our associates.

This hotel is stupid. This place will stay in my memory. I was so not more than ok with this joint, the room-service was lousy - I hated it, the downstairs lobby was ugly, and also they keep the toilet dusty. The adjacent rooms were extremely annoying, I had trouble getting sleep. I it was nice with kids in this place. The suite was extremely tiny. I sure expect better conditions from such a hotel. In short, I don't recommend this place!!!

Must improve the dining room
Learn from my experience - you'll disdain it there!! I disapprove of that they accept pets in, it's quite plain. I extremely was sickened my room. I despised every aspect of this hotel! The room service was inadequate, I very hated how small the lobby was, and also the smell in the toilet was crummy. And I must add, the people to my left were loud, it was simply irritating. I do not advise it!
