Take my word - this place is not OK. As we were arriving we knew it's gonna be a mediocre holiday. The adjacent room were most rude. The elevators were inoperative when we were staying there. The odor in the toilet was plain, and the room-service crew were abrupt - I despised the entire place. It's specifically uncomfortable!! This place is a crowded hotel!

I was at this place a while ago, and very loathed it. The atmosphere there was annoying. The fragrance in the toilet was undesirable, and the lobby was horrible: I disliked everything about this hotel. The other couple were very audiable, it was annoying. And I must say, the air conditioning was not working when we were sleeping there. It's uncomfortable. Uniquely when it's so costly vacationing at such a place!!! I really don't suggest this place.

It was my second time in New York, I checked into Mount Royal Hotel New York, and really adored it. This hotel certainly is unforgettable. People in this place were amazing. I dug the suite. The workers in the front desk were cordial, I liked how the downstairs lobby was spiffy, and also I loved the room service, it was quite fun! I was truly happy with everything this hotel has to offer. It is exactly what people need in vacationing in this type of a hotel. If you look for an awesome place to stay in New York, you would fancy this hotel!!

You will be thrown there! The suites were totally exceptional. Even the visitors in this place were sublime. Also, the bed made me utterly pleasant and comfy, and the lobby seemed quite furbished, I was pleased with everything this place has to offer. Upsetting place
Myself and my husband lodged at there for a short half a week because my friends suggested. Were totally shocked there. As we were arriving we knew it's gonna be a disgusting visit. The TV was inoperative when we were lodging there. People in this hotel are upsetting. I honestly detested this hotel, the front desk was unfit, and the lobby was confined. In summary, we don't recommend this hotel!
