Grand but overpriced
Let me save you some time, you're going to hate this hotel. I was terribly not more than ok with this hotel!! The reception service was mediocre, I disliked it, the smells in the toilet were crummy, and the main lobby was lousy. Everyone there were upsetting. They've got a mediocre childcare service. The rooms were second rate. I'm certainly used to better standards from a place of this quality. Won't ever return!!

This place is the greatest. The minute we got to the hotel we knew we will value this place. I really dug everything this place offers - the bed made me feel just comfy and relaxing, the room service was impeccable, I liked it, and also I exceptionally valued the way the lobby was decorative. The room was legendary. The people in this hotel were sublime. And to top that, they are baby friendly it's pleasant. We would totally go back to Drake Swissotel New York City!

It was our 2nd visit to New York and we lodged at this hotel and we felt OK there!! As soon as we came in to the place we knew we'll dig this hotel. The check in desk was effective, the smell in the bathroom was excellent, and the lobby was perfect - I dug it! I was extremely happy with the whole place. The room was totally enormous. People in this hotel are impeccable.. We probably never want to visit again to Drake Swissotel New York City.

I took rooms in Drake Swissotel New York City with my family, and absolutely had the baddest vacation. The suites were quite unspeakable. I it felt cramped with the amount of babies that were around there. The toilet smelled ordinary, I simply despised the way not spacious the lobby was, and the reception desk was incapable! I really disapproved of everything about this place. To sum it up, I don't recommend this place!!
