I enjoyed it there! The vibe there is ideal. I was dazzled with everything about this place! The downstairs lobby was simply fabulous, I prized the bed - it's totally pleasant, and the employees in the check in desk were friendly. The suites were spectacular., this place is absolutely a good place!!!

Needs to do something about the dining room
it was completely disgusting at Direct Loft at 320 West 75th Street Hotel New York! I don't think I'll ever forget this place. The fragrance in the toilet was second rate, the front desk service people were ungrateful, and the bed made me feel truly fine and uncomfortable! - I resented the whole place. People there are upsetting. The electricity was not operating when I was lodging there. All in all, we will not advise Direct Loft at 320 West 75th Street Hotel New York to our fellows.
