Homy but needs an upgrade
You'll be not too satisfied at this hotel!! The moment I got to the hotel I knew it's gonna be a bad vacation. The TV was not working when I was checking in there. I totally disdained every aspect of this place! I was annoyed with how not clean they keep the bed, I disliked the lobby - it was utterly mediocre, and also the reception service crew were deficient. Add to that, the close by rooms were rude, I couldn't stand it. If you are going for a having a cosy stay Best Western Newark Airport West Hotel New York is completely not the place to go to. It's surely not a place to return to.

A peaceful retreat!
valued it at Best Western Newark Airport West Hotel New York!! The suite was pretty huge. The lobby was unbelievable, the reception service was useful, the bed was quite clean, and the employees in the room service were courteous: I was happy with it there. Even the guests in this hotel were great. It is all one likes in a place of this quality.. I certainly will never miss this hotel.

Upsetting management
I just spent some time in this place last week and resented it. I utterly disfavored everything this place has to offer: I was discontent by how nasty the bathroom was, the main lobby was not spacious, and also the people in the room service were unsuitable. The water pipes were malfunctioning when I was sleeping there. The other couple were crowded, it really irritated me., this hotel is definitely a noisy hotel!!
