I got back from there last week and really had a first rate time. I even liked the people here. I was pleased the suites. On top of that, the downstairs lobby was luscious, the room service was proficient, and also I dug the bed - it's completely cozy - I totally dug this place. It is totally what people love in such a place. To sum it all up, we would likely stay there on occasion

This place is bad. I was ok by how foul they keep the bathroom, and the lobby was crummy! I was not satisfied with every aspect of this hotel. The heating was not working when I was stopping there. I completely cannot suggest Bentley Hotel New York!!!

had an exquisite holiday at Bentley Hotel New York. As I was arriving I knew I would like this hotel. Everyone there are unbelievable. I extremely appreciated my suites. Add to that, the downstairs lobby was gorgeous, the room service was really effective, and the smell in the bathroom was cool - I was honestly pleased with it there.
